Q: Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

A: Yes, all our prices are VAT inclusive.

 

Q: Do you have a VAT number?

A: Yes, it can be found on all invoices/ orders.

 

Q: What is the fastest way to process an order? Can I order by phone?

A: Because we are an online store, communication via email our shopping cart is best. We are happy for you to call us should you have queries.However, we do not recommend phone orders as omissions and errors may easily occur.

 

Q: Should I pay before stock has been confirmed?

A: Yes, this is preferred.

 

Q: Can I collect from your offices?

A: Yes you can collect at Office M101, 18 Toffee Lane, IT Business Campus, Claremont, Cape Town. However, an order is required before hand.

 

Q: Do you keep stock on hand?

A: Yes we do keep some stock of popular items on hand. Phone us to enquire on what we have.

 

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: We are currently in the process of implementing this facility.

 

Q: Can I pay for my order on collection?

A: Unfortunately not. Some customers do not collect, which leaves us with surplus stock.

 

Q: The phone is constantly busy?

A: Email us at sales@ikonix.co.za and someone will get back to you swiftly.

 

Q: Open box items have a warranty?

A: Most open box items have a 7 day warranty. However, it is stated on each product’s page.

 

Q: What time do you open?

A: We open at 9:00 am. Please note we cannot check stock before this as our suppliers are closed.

 

Q: What time do you close?

A: We close at 5:00pm. However, feel free to email at any hour (we may even get back to you at 10pm J )

 

Q: How long does it take for my order to change from "Open?"

A: This is tricky - it is dependent on how many orders we have on that day. It should take approximately 2 hours.

 

Q: Can I check stock availability over the phone?

A: Unfortunately not. We need to contact our supplier first. Please email us for this.

 

Q: What courier do you use? What is the courier's contact number?

A: We use “The Courier Guy” which can be found http://www.thecourierguy.co.za or on 0861 203 203.

 

Q: I have an error with my account on the website who do I contact?

A: Please contact our webmaster at saleem@ikonix.co.za

 

Q: What is the assembly charge on building a machine?

A: The assembly charge is set at R250.00 VAT inclusive.

 

Q: There is no overnight shipping option. How can I have this set?

A: If you would like your item sent overnight please email maynu@iKonix.co.za

 

Q: What is the charge for overnight?

A: This is determined per item, as it is based on weight and dimensions.

 

Q: Do you offer any after sales services?

A: Unfortunately at this point we do not offer any services such as repairs or maintenance.

 

Q: I would like to amend my order (add/remove shipping or product(s)) how can this be done?

A: Please email sales@iKonix.co.za for this to be done.

 

Q: I would like a refund on my order as I’ve changed my mind. What now?

A: Email us at refunds@iKonix.co.za, quoting your order number. Please note due to transaction administration incurred, a R50.00 administration fee will need to be deducted.
