Q1. Do Your Prices Include VAT?
A1. Yes, all our prices are VAT inclusive.
Q2. Do you have a VAT number?
A2. Yes we have a VAT number which is evident on the invoice/order.
Q3. What is the fastest way to process a order? Can I order by phone?
A3. Because we are an online store, communications via email or live chat will render optimum service.
We do not recommend phone orders as omissions and mistakes easily occur.
Q4. Should I pay before stock has been confirmed?
A4. Never pay before stock has been confirmed. This slows down the process.
Q5. Can I collect physically from your offices?
A5. Yes you can collect here at 53 Troupant Avenue Magliessig - JHB. However a order is required before hand.
Q6. Do you keep stock on hand?
A6. Yes we do keep *some* stock of popular items on hand. Phone us to enquire what we have.
Q7. Do you accept credit cards?
A7. Yes we do accept credit cards, however not yet on the site. If you pay physically upon collection there is 5% surcharge on card payments.
Q8. Can I pay for my order on collection ( Via Cash ) ?
A8. We used to accept this, however due to people not arriving and the risk we take we no longer do this.
Q9. The phone is constantly busy?
A9. Please note we do not have a switch board. We can only help one person at a time. Please be patient.
Q10. Open box items have a warranty?
A10. Most open box items have a 7 Day warranty. However, it is stated on each products page.
Q11. What time do you close?
A11. Phones & Live Chat close at 4:00PM, however we open till 5:00PM for collections. Please respect these times.
Q12. What time do you open?
A12. We open at 9:00 AM. Please note we cannot check stock before this as our suppliers are closed.
Q13. How long does it take for my order to change from "Open?"
A13. This is tricky; it is dependent on how many orders we have on that day. It should take an hour sometimes more. Please be patient.
Q14 Can I check stock availability over the phone?
A14. No, this cannot be done. We need to contact our supplier first. Please email us for this.
Q15. What courier do you use? What is the courier's contact number?
A15. We use “The Courier Guy” which can be found http://www.thecourierguy.co.za/ or via 0861 203 203.
Q16. Is there a surcharge on credit card payments on collection?
A16. Please note if you will be paying by credit card on collection. A surcharge of 5% will be charged.

Q18. What is the assembly charge on building a machine?
A18. The assembly charge is set at R250.00 VAT inclusive.
Q19. There is no overnight shipping option. How can I have this set?
A19. If you would like your item sent overnight please email Marlene@iKonix.co.za
Q20. What is the charge for overnight?
A20. This needs to be determined per item.
Q21. Do you offer any after purchase sales services?
A21. Unfortunately at this point we do not offer any services such as repairs or maintenance.
